Jamie is an experienced psychologist with close to 10 years of experience supporting clients experiencing mental health issues.
She works from a holistic, strengths-based approach to encourage clients to be empowered in their journey whilst using various techniques to support the process. Some of Jamie’s therapeutic techniques include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychoeducation, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness Meditation and Trauma Informed Therapy, eg. EMDR and PE.
She has an interest in working with trauma, including veterans and both survivors and perpetrators of family violence and is a strong believer in positive psychology and the concept of accessing psychological support to accomplish self-growth.

Catherine is a lawyer turned psychologist dedicated to helping others navigate life’s challenges with empathy, collaboration and a tailored approach to mental health and well-being. She values a practical approach to therapy, helping individuals build meaningful and lasting change.
Catherine completed her studies through The University of Melbourne, and draws on a range of therapy modalities, including; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), with a strong focus on Trauma-Informed and Neurodiversity-Affirming care. She aims to create a safe, inclusive space where individuals from all walks of life feel understood and supported.
Catherine also has extensive experience in the disability sector, supporting NDIS participants in working towards their personal goals, fostering growth and independence.
Beyond her work in psychology, Catherine and her partner reside on a 91-acre farm, where they practice sustainable and regenerative agriculture. This connection to the land has reinforced her appreciation for balance, resilience, and the importance of sustainable well-being in both individuals and the broader environment.
