How long is each session?

Session generally last 50 minutes but can be tailored with you and your psychologist depending on your needs.

How many and how often do I need sessions?

The number of session and how often you will see the psychologist will be determined by you and the psychologist. Please note that if you have a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP you can see a pschologist for up to 10 sessions per calendar year through Medicare. Private fees will be charged for all addition sessions.

Do you have after-hours and weekend appointments?

Yes, after-hours appointments and some Saturday appointments are avaliable.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment if you cannot attend. If we are unable to take your call please leave a message or send an email.

Cancellation fees may apply.

Can I see a psychologist without a referral?

Yes, you can see a psychologist wihtout a referral, however this is not covered by Medicare.

Where are we located?

Currently, appointments are being offered via phone or telehealth.
